When you opt for one of the above payments, please follow the Check Out Zone's instructions; for your information we will give you an overview of the payment details:
Credit/Debit card payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro(Switch), Electron and Solo. We cannot accept payment with American Express or JCB cards, as these types of cards do not provide enough security towards (online) retailers.
Credit/debit card payment will be under the name 'FIE Services' on your statement.

Bank Transfer B2B: You may arrange transfer of payment in UK Pound Sterling to Toypost from your bank to our bank.
Please check with your bank how much time the transfer will take; we can only dispatch your order after funds have been deposited in our account. Please contact us for our bank details.

Last Minute / Call Us / Next Day: Urgent orders do not have an automated payment method; you need to contact us to arrange the possibilities of speedy delivery.
School/Museum/National Trust etc: You can order online or send your official order by post, we aim to have 90% of articles in stock.
Goods are usually dispatched within 3 working days and include a VAT invoice/receipt.

National Trust, Musea and business accounts arranged. National Trust agencies can use the
appropriate forms for opening an account.
PLEASE NOTE: contact us first when ordering quantities of 10 or more of a single item
- especially around Christmas sudden bulk orders deplete our stock, which takes up to 10 days to be 'levelled up'.

Attention PAYPAL Users - READ THIS!
If you pay by PayPal, you CANNOT have goods sent to a different address, UNLESS you are prepared to pay for a Signed Delivery Fee, which costs £1.50 for UK deliveries. This only applies to UK addresses, Non-UK overseas PayPal orders are sent to purchaser's address only, not to a different address.
What does PayPal mean by 'Unconfirmed Address?
If Paypal finds that your address does not 100% match with your personal PayPal details, PayPal tells us you have an 'Unconfirmed' PayPal address after you've placed an order.
Unfortunately we cannot dispatch items to customers who paid by PayPal having an Unconfirmed Address, unless an extra fee for Signed Delivery is paid (£1.50 - UK only).
We cannot help you confirming your PayPal address, you have to do that yourself. Please read the PayPal page on 'What is an unconfirmed address and How to confirm your address', click here for the English version. Yahoo! and Google also provide many answers on how to confirm your address if you do a search for 'Unconfirmed Address'.
We will invoice you through PayPal for the Signed Delivery charge and as soon as we receive the extra payment, your item(s) will be dispatched by Signed Delivery.
If you are not able to confirm your PayPal address in time or if you do not wish to pay the extra Signed Delivery charge, we will cancel your order and raise a 100% refund of your PayPal payment. The alternative is that you pay for your goods by credit or debit card and contact us with details.
We regret we have to cancel and refund all Non-UK overseas orders, paid for by customers with a PayPal Unconfirmed Address.

All personal payment details are kept safe with the help of the latest technology. You use your credit card to buy mail order goods per fax and phone, or for your daily shopping? Buying online is as safe as any other form of financial transaction, perhaps even less risky, provided you buy from web sites showing a secure padlock and a certificate in their own name.
Buying items is straight forward with the help of our shopping cart system, which can be reviewed before checking out. If you have registered before you can sign in with your username and password to speed up another purchase.
Your payment details are encrypted via our secure pages, if you use Internet Explorer click on the gold padlock, which will reveal our certificate of trusted online transactions.
But: if you do not feel confident about using your credit/debit card for online purchases, choose one of the other options in the checkout zone, or order by phone.
