Schools, Musea, National Trust, Institutions, Public Relations Agencies & Promotions

Introduction:
* Toypost offers a wide range of traditional toys and games, supplying many Schools, Musea and National Trust Gift Shops.
* Despite the fact that we are not a wholesale company, other retailers also purchase frequently of us, see below.
* We regret we are not able to send samples of our products.

How to Place Orders:
* Schools, Musea, National Trust and Government institutions (UK only), can simply place orders online.
* Confirmation of receiving the order is by return email.
* If applicable forward our invoice to your authority, payment has to be made within 30 days.
* Use the Schools, Musea, Nat. Trust special payment option in the Check out zone.
* We aim to dispatch large orders within 3 working days.
* Orders will include a VAT invoice/receipt.
* National Trust, Musea etc. accounts can be arranged.
* National Trust partners/agencies can use the appropriate forms for opening an account.
* Orders can also be placed by phone, fax or post.
* Please contact us first to check out stock-levels when ordering quantities of 10 or more of a single item.
* This service applies to registered United Kingdom based institutions only.

Trade conditions:
* Toypost is primarily an online direct-sales retail shop.
* As we receive many trade (Promotional/Marketing etc) enquiries, especially for 'Toypost only' lines, a discount scheme is available.
* In general, discount applies to single item orders over �250 (ex vat + �7.95 UK mainland carriage). The larger the order, the more discount.
If ordering a bulk quantity of a low price item, discount may be available from �150.
* Payment in advance of dispatch.

Shops and Trade orders:
* Shops can order multiple items with a discount up to 20%.
* First order must be over �250 ex vat and 20% discount on the first few orders will accumulate and be carried forward until �1000 ex vat of stock ordered.
* From then on 20% will be deducted from each order.
* Payment in advance of dispatch.
* Carriage costs �8.25 for UK Mainland up to 30KG.
* Carriage is free for trade orders over �300 ex vat for the first parcel up to 30KG.
* Additional parcels incur carriage costs @ �8.25 per parcel.
* Discount can only be given on the full price of any product.
* Special, Outlet and 'End of Line' offers are exempt from discount.
