 If you are planning to surprise a person with a gift, or when purchased goods have to be sent to an addres different to your own, we need a signature from whoever receives your parcel. If the weight of the goods is below 2 Kilograms we will post the items by recorded delivery to assure that the package has arrived safely (at neighbours, a business address or flat mates etc.).
Goods which are undeliverable or are refused by the recipient may be re-delivered or returned to us. All extra costs involved are the original purchaser's (or cardholder's) responsibility. Sending someone a surprise gift does not necessarily mean it will be accepted!
* When you fill in the registration form, put your details in the Billing Address section and details of where we have to post the parcel to in the Shipping Address section.

If you received a Gift Voucher or a have a discount Coupon, please follow these steps in order to redeem the value of the coupon/voucher:
1) Go to the website's shopping pages.
2) Put your purchase into the shopping Cart.
3) Submit the #nr. of your coupon/certificate in the box below the articles in your cart.
4) Your order total will be adjusted.
5) Proceed to 'Checkout' section.
