At Toypost we have a no quibble 14 Day returns policy!
You can return unused and unopened items purchased from us within 14 days of delivery and apply for a refund.
Your purchase must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you.
Returned items have to be in resellable condition and SHOW NO SIGNS AT ALL OF ANY USE!
When you return items make sure they are in their original non damaged packaging and there are no parts missing. Self assembly products cannot be returned if they show any sign of assembly attempts. We will not be able to issue a refund if returned products are received by us in any other condition.
If you wish to return an item later than 14 days after purchase, please contact us on 0151 6524820 to ask about the
possibilities and re-stock charge which may up to 50% of the purchase price.
When you return goods to us, you must ask the Post Office for proof of postage, return postage costs are your own responsibility. Items lost in the post cannot be refunded without the proof of postage.
